Tiny Tap - Create interactive quizzes

TinyTap  allows you to create interactive quizzes.  First you select, capture or draw an image and record your voice and give a question which relates to the image.  You then draw a shape around the part of the image which indicates the answer.
eg. If you have a picture of a face, you could ask 'Where is the nose?'.  You would then draw a shape around the nose.

To play the game, you listen to the question and the touch the correct section of the image.  The quizzes could be created by the teacher as a resource for the students or students could create their own to demonstrate and reinforce their knowledge of a subject.  The games can be shared or remain private just for personal use.  This app can be adapted to any year level depending on the content and complexity of the questions.

Some ways to apply to learning could be:
  • Create an I spy image with many objects and ask to find each object
  • Ask questions in another language
  • Create multiple choice questions
  • Use a map and ask where cities or countries are
  • Learn parts of the body
  • Learn about positions such as above, below, inside outside etc.
  • Learn colours
  • Learning spelling by saying a word and students select the correct spelling from a range of options given.
  • It could be used to reinforce knowledge of maths concepts
  • The list is endless!
